Search the channel via Discord

Breach of Agreement
An agreed-upon service term or agreement was broken or not properly followed.
Nitro Scams
Used for most scams involving Discord Nitro.
Transfer Scams
Money transfer scams such as money doubling or guaranteed gambling.
Exchange Scams
Scams involving the exchange of funds (crypto → USD, etc.).
Giveaway Scams
User does not deliver the giveaway prize. crypto / FIAT rewards only
Invite Rewards Scam
Scams involving server invite rewards. crypto / FIAT rewards only
Impersonation with Intent to Defraud
Impersonation of a reputable user with intent to scam.
MM Refusal
User directly or indirectly refuses a trusted, mutual middleman — both parties must agree on one.
Attempted Scam
A scam attempt takes place.
Submitting Fake Evidence
User submits false statements or edited evidence to staff.
Account Takeover
An attempted or successful account theft (e.g. a phishing link).
Cooperation with a Known Scammer
User is shown to be working with, or aiding, a known scammer or their service.
Alt Account Reports
A previously marked scammer returns under a new account.
Against Discord TOS or Country Laws
Reports involving malware, personal information, CSAM, or highly illegal material.
Offensive Actions
Insults, defamation, libel, sales-trashing, and harassment aren't handled here.
Under $1 Disputes
Reports involving an alleged scam of less than $1 USD.
Trading
Trades of in-game items or gift cards/transactions with no real currency involved.
Malware
Reports involving malware, ransomware, or viruses.
Non-English Reports
Reports mostly in another language typically aren't processed — exceptions apply for staff, high-value scams, or scammers with many vouches, at the Head of Reports' discretion.
Seller TOS restrictions.
Terms of Service that won't be honored, however a seller writes them.
Contradictory Terms
Terms that contradict each other in the same listing.
Scam by Supplier = No Refund
Blaming a supplier scam as a reason to withhold the buyer's refund.
No Replacement / Refund, Ever
A blanket refusal to compensate the buyer under any circumstance.
Excuse to Scam
Terms that exist purely to excuse a seller not delivering.
Notes
This isn't a comprehensive list — any term determined to be very unreasonable, unfair, predatory, or misleading gets overruled. Terms of Service should protect both the buyer and the seller, not be a loophole for taking advantage of either one.
This is a public, minimal version of our internal protocol and doesn't take precedent over it — it's a general reference for the community, and the examples given are only examples, not the only grounds a listing could be actioned on.
